Man & Boy are a father and son duo, by jamming through practical exercises exploring rhythms and styles they ended up writing some great songs together such as ‘Adelaide’ and ‘1996’.
Using their own unique sound with the combination of rock with Britpop and taking inspiration from the mid-90s, they have created an EP that packs a punch and takes you back to the 90’s with its upbeat and catchy sound and lyrics which you will be singing along to within seconds.
As I was listening to these singles, I was taken back to the 90’s, the sound and way the single made me feel that I had gone back in time and I was listening to the bands I grew up listening to from the 90’s who made me fall in love with music.
What I love the most is how the singles has the classic sounds we love to hear it also has its own anthemic sounds which makes it special, I sat tapping along to these two singles and loving what I was hearing. It is great to hear something that sounds so magical and what makes it even more special is that it was created by a father and son.
