SHORE are a band from the northeast of England, they that take influence from the psyche sounds of the 60’s, 90’s Brit pop and modern indie. Their debut single ‘Hard Love’ is now available to stream on all music platforms.
The debut single from the band is certainly one worth listening to. It usually takes me a few listens to a track for me to fully get into it, especially if it’s an EP from a band I’ve recently discovered, however, this was not the case when I pressed play on this debut single. It’s impossible to not listen to incredible single from beginning to end, the strong vocals, layered guitar riffs and brilliant instrumentals will have you hooked within seconds.
The band high energy instantly grabbed your attention, their unique sound packs a punch and draws you in. As I was listening to this single, I was taken back to the early 00’s, the band’s sound and way the single made me feel I felt like I had gone back in time and I was listening to the bands I use to listen to back in the early 00’s who made me fall in love with music.
This is an impressive debut single, the band have managed to create a track that shows off their musical talents and combined classic sounds we love to hear with their own unique sounds. This was the first time I had heard from this incredible band and it’s safe to say I was impressed with what I heard, and I am a fan of this brilliant band.
