How did you all meet?

Zach – “Ethan and I of course are brothers, so we’ve been playing music together since we were kids. We met Leo about 5 years ago, when he was introduced to us by a mutual friend”.

Who were your musical influences growing up?

Ethan – “We draw influence from pretty much everywhere we can, all styles of music. Everything from twenty one pilots to Dream Theatre, but with a bit of an emphasis on Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, and Rush”.

What made you want to be in a band?

Leo – “The idea of being onstage performing music to a crowd (big or small), always intrigued me. I think I saw it as a way to express myself, and that really drew me into wanting to create and perform music in a group”.

What has been your best gig?

Zach – “We’ve had some good ones, but I’d say our best one was at Gus’ Pub in Halifax, NS in August. Even though it was a seated event because of COVID, we sold the place out and I believe everybody had a good time. I believe our sound was also better than ever before. But of course, we’ll have many gigs yet and I’m sure the best is yet to come”.

Can you tell us a bit about your music?

Ethan – “Our music is hard hitting rock and roll, but with just enough modern kick to stay relevant in today’s world of music. We’ve got a couple new songs recorded that we’re looking to release in the next three months, and I believe they’re our best work yet”.

Describe your music in 3 words.

Leo – “Energetic, intense, and driven”.

What makes your band stand out from others?

Zach – “As a three-piece band we all have to work a little harder to make up for the lack of a second guitarist/rhythm instrument, and in doing so our sound comes out as a huge wall of sound. We also all take on rhythm and lead positions with our roles, so we have lots of bass and drum solos as well as what you’d usually hear”.

What are your plans for the rest of 2020?

Ethan – “Right now all we can really do is keep practicing as much as possible and trying to write a bunch of new stuff, but we’re actually looking into getting a bit of a tour going come the new year”.

If your band had to be remembered for one thing apart from your music what would you want it to be?

Leo – “My subpar and bizarre sense of humour”.

Any gig’s coming up?

Zach – “Stay tuned…”
