Poet, Painter & Musician Nonviolenze is set to release lead single ‘Green’ from his upcoming album ‘Seasons’

Shri Baratan (artist name Nonviolenze) hails from India originally, and has now made Houston, Texas his home. A multidisciplinary artist, Shri enjoys painting and writing poetry as much as he does making music. Moreover, each art practice informs the other, and when you enter into the world of Nonviolenze, you are immediately impressed by the stunning views of his rich artistic landscape.

Upcoming album ‘Seasons’ is set to delight with its painterly, sonic layers. Lead track ‘Green’ takes centre stage with its passionately delivered vocals, poetic lyrics and the artist’s signature melodic guitar playing.

The album is a kaleidoscope of entrancing, progressive rock textures and calls to mind the artist’s colourful paintings he accompanies with each of his songs. Make sure to check these out on the artist’s website.

Having released multiple singles from 2012 to 2019, and a unique acoustic-electric first album in 2020, Nonviolenze returns with ‘Seasons’. Growing up in India, the artist grew a following as lead vocalist within popular band Down Sterling, before expanding his horizons and pivoting to the rock opera stage. He later turned towards musical theatre, performing in concerts for world peace.

This incredible album will immediately have your full attention, each single tells a story beautifully and is a joy to sit and listen too. The warm, acoustic sounds combined with the delicate and beautiful vocals creates a chilled atmosphere, every track you feel you are having a personal gig which I feel adds more of a magical feel this this brilliant album. The lyrics will capture you imagination and I feel we can all relate to them, they draw you in and you cannot help but sit and listen to every word, they really help to make each single stand out.
