The end of 2018 is days away, brining to an end a year full of fantastic music and gigs from some talented bands. I have been to some brilliant gigs this year and I have interviewed some great bands. Chris Bramley is a young energetic 21 year old musician, from Leicester, who’s been doing gigs and open mics around mainly Leicester for a while now. His love of music and performing means he’s happy to play anywhere anytime. He has a lot of influences like The Beatles, The Kinks, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, The Smiths, Jake Bugg and The Verve.

I’ve just heard this new and upcoming band called The Assist they are indie/alternative, well what can I say , one word excellent. The quartet are from Walsall they got together in 2014 consisting of two brothers Mikey Stanton (vocals) , and Ryan Stanton (guitar) , Jak baker (bassist) and Ben Faulkner (drums).
